The prices are for a drawing of one character and includes a simple background and/or effect (3D Glitch, blurring, gadgets the character uses or element's control)

Detailed backgrounds: + $5 USD or $2000 pesos argentinos.

Payment before I start working.

Working time: 1 week - 1 month.

I do: Anthro, furry (mobians, ponies), cartoon and anime style!

I don't do: NSFW, zoophilia, pedophilia, hate content, robot related stuff, guns and armor stuff.

$5 USD - $ 1.500 Pesos argentinos.

Includes simple background, you may ask for any coloring style you like :)

Flatcolor: $10 USD - $3.000 Pesos argentinos

Fullcolor: $15 USD - $9.000 Pesos argentinos.

Simple character design: $15 USD - 9.000 Pesos argentinos (Redesign of a character or creation of it, front or 3/4 view with clothing and without it, includes color palette.)

Reference sheet: $25 USD - 12.000 Pesos argentinos.

360° view of the character (Front, 3/4, profile and back); includes design of the character, color palette, clothing and accesories in detail, 2 expressions or any facial/body detail you want to add to specifications.

Be polite and concise: As a human being and a service provider I deserve as much respect as you. By any terms it means you can act in a perverted way or talk to me like a friend or a trusted person.

Clear and high quality reference: I ask for a reference sheet or as many images as possible to know how the character(s) look like. I Also ask for a detailed description of the request you want of a image for reference. I can improvise but you must pay for any change/correction.

Prices are always PER CHARACTER: if you need a couple drawing, price would be double.

I can draw: anthro, simple furry, mobian and anime or cartoon humans. For NSFW art, ask first.

I won’t do in any case: hate speech, pedophilia or zoophilia related. anything related or similar to robots, mecha, weapons or guns (except some white weapons), armors or weird fetishes (ask first, this category is NSFW prices)

Payment has to be sent before I start your commission.

If necessary: half of the payment to start the commission and the rest when the sketch is shown.

I accept international payment via Paypal (USD) OR Transferencia (Argentina Only).

Work in progress will always be given (exception for sketch commissions).

You can make 1 free change in the sketch. Extra changes will have extra charge of $5 USD.

Waiting time can be from 1 week to 1 month. If I need more time or have a problem with your request I’ll let you know.

Myself as the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

-Promote myself in any place or site.

-To display it anywhere I want.

-Post it wherever I want.

The drawing will be kept private only in case the commissioner requests it.

The commissioner are allowed to:

-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

-Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)

-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

-Removing any watermarks/signatures.

-altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.

With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.

Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

I have the right to cancel your commission or refund the money at any time.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received and myself being in the delay time I mentioned before.

If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

You will forbidden to ever commission Elektra'sGalaxy / EGalahxy ever again.

Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.

I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
